I really love these type of articles! I do try eating healthy stuff you’ve mentioned, but coming to exercise, I always postpone! I hope I do this 15min tomorrow, and the day after, maybe my body will eventually get used to be useful.

You’re absolutely correct. True fitness is not about how attractive the body looks. It is about how good a state the body is in and the contributing of nutrition, and maintaining great health.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle of constantly eating nutritious is the best way to go.

And even though some people do not care for strenuous daily exercise there are many ways to exert energy while losing pounds or keeping fit.

Dancing as you mentioned is a great form of exercise in a fun and lively way.

Walking is also a good form of exercise.

Thank you for the fitness tips! I’ve never really struggled with weight issues, but I find myself neglecting my physical health in other ways. Eating better is my number one goal for this season of my health plan. Stay healthy, stay happy, stay Blessed!

Yes, we need to take of ourselves. But we’re not to glorify the flesh either. Also, we needn’t ignore or neglect the more important exercise which is spiritual (I.e., godly). As it is written, “For physical exercise is of limited value, but godliness is valuable in every way, holding promise for the present life and for the one to come” (1 Timothy 4:8).
